Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
